Overview:
The "Leading Neurodiverse Teams" training prepares managers, HR Business Partners, and leaders to consciously, empathetically, and effectively lead teams with naturally occurring cognitive differences. Participants will learn how to create a work environment that fosters psychological safety, and how to design processes, communication, and work culture in a way that supports all employees—including those who often hide their neurodiversity.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Understand what neurodiversity is and the benefits it brings to the organization,
- Learn tools and practices for consciously and flexibly leading teams with diverse cognitive needs,
- Learn how to build a work environment that fosters psychological safety and the disclosure of individual needs,
- Develop their own strategies as leaders—both systemically and individually.
