Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features
- Maintain, optimize, and actively fix errors/bugs on existing systems (including complex issues)
- Translate user feedback into improvements
- Write clean and efficient code
- Design simple and effective security solutions.
- Collaborate closely with global peers and mentor juniors
Possible Responsibilities
- Deliver short corporate IT training courses
- Support consultancy engagements as required
Must requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
- Must be proficient with JavaScript and PHP or Python.
- Must be proficient in using Linux CLI
- Must have a deep understanding of SQL Database (MariaDB / MySQL)
- Uses AI/LLMs to enhance productivity
- Demonstrated business impact in past work (e.g., improved performance, optimized processes, or delivered measurable results).
Good to have
- Experience leading a small feature or project.
- Experience with system architecture or scaling applications.
- Mentoring experience
