Who are we?

NobleProg is a global training and consultancy firm operating worldwide. NobleProg originally developed DaDesktop to support its training delivery, which has since grown into an independent product, a powerful cloud desktop platform for remote training, labs, work desktops, and self-study.
As a developer with NobleProg, you’ll help drive the growth of both NobleProg and DaDesktop.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features
2. Maintain, optimize, and actively fix errors/bugs in existing systems, including complex issues
3. Lead projects end-to-end
4. Mentor and review other developers’ work
5. Translate user feedback into improvements
6. Design simple and effective security solutions
7. Collaborate closely with global peers

Possible Responsibilities:

• Deliver short corporate IT training courses
• Support consultancy engagements as required

Must Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience and proven experience leading a development team
• Excellent English communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical people
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, PHP or Python. Bash Scripting is a plus
• Must be proficient in using Linux CLI
• Must have a deep understanding of SQL Database (MariaDB / MySQL)
• Experience with system architecture or scaling applications.
• Uses AI/LLMs to enhance productivity
• Demonstrated business impact in past work (e.g., improved performance, optimized processes, or delivered measurable results)

Good to have

• Experience working directly with C-level management on technical strategy
• Experience with bleeding-edge technologies or hardware
• Experience leading a team
