Responsibilities

Currently the NobleProg offering constitutes over 1000 unique courses, most of them related to the newest technologies in Artificial Intelligence and IT. Every day there are multiple new courses created. The role holder will be responsible for maintaining this categlogue, ensuring consistency and managing the creation of new content, working with subject matter experts to bring the course outlines to market.

Ensuring consistency, relevancy and profitability of each course in the course catalogue.

The person will use and improve NobleProg systems and processes to:

  • Analyze technology trends and decide on which of them are worth teaching
  • Ensure that the newest technologies are covered by our catalogue
  • Remove or modify non-performing courses
  • Ensure that the course offering is easy to understand by customer, there are no duplicates, etc...
  • Implement marketing campaigns and strategies to increase sales
  • Develop sales collateral (case studies, white papers, etc) to support marketing channels
  • Coordinate the translation of the outline to other languages
  • Perform data analysis to assess usability/profitability of each outline
  • Ensure that outlines are promoted in an efficent and consistent manner

The candidate will report directly to the CEO as a priority position, crucial to the development of the business globally. The candidate will also be responsible for liasing with trainers to ensure that appropriate subjects are covered, and outlines are validated by subject matter experts.

Requirements

  • Interest in Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Technical Management and related technologies
  • Good communication skills, perfect written English and good oral English
  • Proven marketing experience, in particular e-channels
  • Mandarin skills would be a big bonus, though not required
  • Candidate should be a generalist type, being able to understand the broad scope of technologies involved
  • Perform numeric analysis (Benefit/Cost analysis, Web Analytics, etc....)

Further Development of the Role

  • Automation of technology; trend analysis through Machine Learning
  • Development of tools assisting management and the development of the courses
  • Automation of decision making regarding removing and upgrading courses

Further Career Paths

  • Revenue based incentive model, the candidate would employ/manage people to manage programmes all over the world having bonuses based on the sales of the outlines
  • NobleProg Agent/Franchisee - running an independent business
  • Partner at Franchisor level
  • Trainer/Consultant

Location

  • Though reporting directly to the CEO based in Beijing, the person can work in any of our offices in Europe (Cornwall, Jersey; UK; Berlin, Germany; Warsaw, Poznan, Wroclaw, Krakow, Rzeszow; Poland) and Asia (Beijing, China)
  • The US/Americas are not preferred due to the timezone difference.
