NobleProg is a global training and consulting company specializing in the latest technologies. Our customers are large software companies, consulting firms, governments, multinational organizations and financial institutions.
We are expanding into Japan and are looking to partner with great trainers to deliver online or onsite, hands-on training to local and international companies inside Japan. (www.nobleprog.co.jp/)
Your responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, interactive live trainings to corporate customers in Japan.
- Prepare highly-effective teaching materials to help participants understand difficult topics through case studies and hands-on practice.
- Delight the customer with your positive attitude, professional approach and good energy.
- Promote the NobleProg brand and work to establish long-term, trusting relationships with customers.
- Travel to Japan to deliver live, onsite trainings.
- Occasionally deliver courses remotely using remote desktop software and video conferencing.
- Work cooperatively with NobleProg team to improve course outlines and the course delivery process.
Qualities needed
- Creative and engaging instructional approach.
- Ability to explain difficult topics in different ways to different audiences (beginners, intermediate, advanced, etc.).
- Ability to slow down, speak clearly and listen carefully to course participants.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to changing customer needs.

Compensation
- $ 500+ USD / day
- Paid flight and accommodation in Japan
