The Ericsson Cloud System provides enterprises with a flexible, secure and highly scalable
solution for all types of workloads. Deployed as an Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) solution, the
Ericsson Cloud Execution Environment (CEE) abstracts and manages resources for compute, data and network infrastructure for applications.

On completion of this course the participants will be able to -
• Review the CEE architecture

o Describe the virtual infrastructure management services in the CEE
o Describe the dashboard service Atlas and its functions
o Identify O&M tools in the CEE
• Perform system administration activities on the CEE
o Navigate the Atlas user interface
o Perform basic virtual infrastructure management tasks through the CLI interface
o Perform application deployment through the orchestration function in the CEE

• Perform health check and fault management on the CEE
o Identify infrastructure alarms using the dashboard
o Explore the CEE CPI library to find more information to interpret system alarms

• Perform performance management on the CEE

o Identify CEE tools available for performance management
o Extract information for counters and meters in the CEE

• Perform software management activities on the CEE

o Identify software management tools for upgrade and update
o Discuss CIC domain data backup and restore
