Training Method:
The training is designed to be interactive, where participant involvement exceeds 80% of the time. Each session follows a similar dynamic based on a methodology developed considering Kolb's cycle: an opening exercise for new habits (building awareness), a mini-lecture on techniques (knowledge), and practicing new tactics and techniques (skills). At the end of each session, participants receive supplementary materials related to the discussed session.
Practical material is summarized with mini-lectures providing theoretical foundations and explaining basic psychological mechanisms that participants experience during training room activities.
