Project Management Fundamentals

There are no specific requirements needed to attend this course.

This course is designed especially for supervisors and managers who are responsible for mid-to-long term projects, and wish to gain a better understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques. Participants should have a good command of written and spoken English

Through this 1-day workshop, participants will learn how to manage projects more efficiently, ensuring  the projects are delivered on time and within budget according to their scope statement. Participants will identify their strengths and weaknesses as Project Managers; gain skills in initiating, planning, executing, controlling and evaluating their projects.
