Projects are conducted based on the effective Kirkpatrick Model – The New World Kirkpatrick Model. The trainer, when planning a project, starts with the vision of the final outcome they want to achieve for the Client. The goal is to bring about real and lasting changes in the behaviors of colleagues and Partners, which will result in achieving the expected business outcomes.
During sessions:
Research-based learning methods are used to ensure effective learning as well as knowledge and skill transfer to work (evidence-based learning)

During the workshop, research will be conducted using the D3 tool, which allows for examining behavior style, preferred team roles, values, internal motivations, daily collaboration, strengths in leadership, and potential.
The training plan will be carefully prepared after an initial consultation with the Client.
