IT Training Coordinator - Japan

Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers by phone, email, and chat.
2. Recruit great trainers.
3. Organize remote training events as well as real training events across different cities in Japan.
4. Write and translate training event materials.
5. Develop strategies for improving the website, promoting our brand and expanding the business.

Qualities needed:
* Native-level Japanese. Korean ability is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Eagerness to expand knowledge of software and technology.
* A desire to sharpen your skills and grow as a person.
* Self-motivated, proactive and positive minded.
