Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers by phone, email, and chat.
  • Introduce NobleProg to customers, explain our approach and commitment to offering the best learning experience possible, and build trust in our brand and service.
  • Ask high-quality questions to understand the customer's IT training needs.
  • Answer questions about our course offerings, booking and payment procedures, and remote learning options.


Qualities needed:

  • Native-level Japanese. Korean ability is a plus.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
  • Eagerness to expand knowledge of software and technology.
  • A desire to sharpen your skills and grow as a person.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and positive minded.
