Responsibilities:
-----------------------
* Engage with customers by phone, email, and chat.
* Introduce NobleProg to customers, explain our service and approach.
* Demonstrate NobleProg's commitment to offering the best live learning experience possible.
* Build trust in our brand and service.
* Ask high-quality questions to understand the customer's IT training needs.
* Answer questions about our courses, remote learning options, and booking and payment procedures.
* Translate emails (Korean ⇌ English), website content, and other materials (English → Korean).


Qualities needed:
------------------------
* Native-level Korean language ability. Living in Korea.
* Excellent business communication skills.
* Eagerness to expand knowledge of software and technology.
* A desire to sharpen your skills and grow as a person.
* Self-motivated, proactive and positive minded.
* Japanese ability is a plus.

Compensation:

* $10 ~ $15 USD per hour
