VUCA - an acronym derived from the English words: V(olatility), U(ncertainty), C(omplexity), A(mbiguity), which respectively mean volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity.
Change is inherent in our functioning and affects all areas of our lives. The key element is skillful change management and utilizing the information derived from it to overcome personal limitations and regain control over what we truly can influence.
The proposed scope of the development project is to present tools and practices of modern management, covering topics such as systems thinking, motivation, implementing change, organizational transformation, change management, and communication.
