Target Group

  • Project Managers
  • Scrum Masters
  • Product Owners
  • Project Leaders
  • Members of project teams
Overview:

The training is a practical journey into the world of project management, showing that projects are a natural part of daily organizational work today. We implement them and are involved regardless of our role – not only as Project Managers, Scrum Masters, but also as members of project teams, subject matter experts, or individuals engaged in implementing changes and improvements. In a dynamic and changing reality, the skill of consciously using project management tools and techniques becomes essential support for organizational development and effective response to changes.

The training focuses on a practical perspective of project management within an organization – both from the viewpoint of individuals responsible for project implementation and key members of project teams. Its goal is to organize knowledge and demonstrate how a project-oriented approach can support daily work and the realization of business initiatives.

Participants will learn internationally recognized standards and best practices in project management, covering Traditional Project Management (Waterfall) and Agile, complemented by the trainer’s business experience. During the training, elements of methodologies and standards such as PRINCE2®, PMBoK® Guide, AgilePM®, and SCRUM® are utilized.

The training has a workshop character – participants work on examples embedded in their real business environment or provided by the trainer. A combination of mini-lectures and exercises allows participants to develop their own conclusions and ideas for practical implementation of changes in the organization, as well as shows how to complement intuitive project actions with organized and proven approaches.
