Responsibility

Manage end to end advertisement, selection and on-boarding processes for new franchisees and highly skilled employees of NobleProg (may include dealing with resources outside China), this includes:

  • Franchisees
    1. Advertising for Franchisees (online promotion, specialised website, magazines, etc...)
    2. Pre-screening candidates, arranging interviews with other employees with the CEO
    3. Following up and gathering feedback
    4. Assessing efficiency of different way of advertising and interviewing
    5. Onboarding of new franchisees and monitoring policy (setting out the rules of operation and managing the arbitration and policy)
  • NobleProg Staff
    1. Advertising in most suitable places (websites, magazines, etc....)
    2. Assessing effectiveness of different kinds of advertising
    3. On-boarding mostly developers, trainers and consultants
    4. Pre-interviewing candidates and arranging technical interviews
  • CV searching, CV screening, interview and assistance to line decision; optimising recruitment channels,
  • Establish cooperation with local universities and other organisations
  • Present the company in job fairs
  • Checking employees and Franchisees satisfaction and suggesting/executing
  • Performing exit interviews
  • Acting as an independent point of escalation for HR issues - Dealing with complaints, compliance and other legal requirements
  • Own the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy
  • Enforce equal chances and no discriminatory practises across the group

Candidate Requirements

  1. Ideally at least one year HR Recruitment experience.
  2. Well organised
  3. Possess communication skills
  4. Fluent in English and Mandarin
  5. Know the tools of the recruiting trade including recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies as well as social media and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Jobs 51, etc.)

Location:

中国广东省珠海市香洲区天朗海峰 (Zhuhai, China)

Though partial remote work may be permitted, working with the CEO (located in Zhuhai) at least a couple of weeks a month is a must.
