SEO Marketing Manager

Problem Description 问题描述

1. We are running approximatily 80+ customer facing domains worldwide.
2. SEO genertic trafic is the major source of new customers
3. We need a dedicated manager who could priortizie, evaluate (a/b testing) improve our ROI on customer facing sites.

You will be responsible for: 你将会负责：

1. Analyzing current situation (Analytics, Google Search Console, Baidu Tongji, etc...)
2. Improving position of the sites in search engines (mostly Baidu and Google)
3. Improving user interface and conversation rate
4. Measuring effects of changes (e.g. a/b testing)
5. You will directly report to the CEO (based in China, Zhuhai)
6. You will cooperate with the development team (Sysadmins and Developers)

Required Skills 所需的技术

1. Expierence with SEO is a must
2. Excellent Mandarin Chinese
3. Good reading and communicating in writing in English
4. Understanding of HTML

Should Have Skills 其他技能

Ideally if the candidate have basic coding skills (e.g. PHP, CSS, HTML, Javascript).
