教练模型

  • GROW 模型简介
    • G = Goal: 讨论的目的或个人/团队希望做出的改变
    • R = 现实:对当前形势的诚实评估和变革的必要性
    • O = 选项:可以做些什么来实现这种变化;还有什么;还有别的吗...?
    • W = Will: 是希望看到这一点,还是其他因素之一 - GRO - 阻止了变革的实现;我们将如何衡量进展?
