Course Outline:

定義教練

  • 確保明確教練到底是什麼以及如何使用它
  • 將「教練」作為一門學科與提高個人和團隊績效(或分析和糾正績效不佳)聯繫起來
  • 瞭解如何輕鬆地將共用的學習成果轉化為“行動承諾”

教練模型

  • GROW 模型簡介
    • G = Goal: 討論的目的或個人/團隊希望做出的改變
    • R = 現實:對當前形勢的誠實評估和變革的必要性
    • O = 選項:可以做些什麼來實現這種變化;還有什麼;還有別的嗎...?
    • W = Will: 是希望看到這一點,還是其他因素之一 - GRO - 阻止了變革的實現;我們將如何衡量進展?
  • 考慮以下方面所需的所有因素:
    • 將願景變為現實
    • 提供可衡量的成果
    • 做出有效的決策
    • 管理變更
