Key Account Manager Responsibility

  • Building and maintaining long term relationships with the Key Customer (large corporations and public sector institutions)
  • Negotiating agreements with customers and overseeing their progress
  • Preparing comprehensive quotations for NobleProg offering (training and consultancy)
  • Sourcing new leads
  • Promoting the NobleProg brand in relevant seminars and networking events
  • Passing on key customers expectations and needs to course development team
  • Contribute to the design and development of a Managed Training offering
  • Creation of a marketing plan to increase sales and help drive brand awareness
  • Development of marketing materials
  • Business development of existing client base, upselling training, consultancy & Managed Training offering
  • Identify and manage new business opportunities
  • Taking care of the end to end process of delivery of consultancy and training in terms of customer expectations
  • Meeting Customers Face to Face

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling to corporate and public sector customers
  • Ability to self-organize sales process

Work Environment and Remuneration

  • You will report directly to the CEO
  • Negotiable remuneration (usually base salary + commission)
  • Ideally based near New York or Silicon Valley, but it is possible to work remote providing that you will travel to customers if required (usually a couple of times a month)
  • Ability to participate in any offered courses
  • NobleProg looks for a long term engagement with the possibility of buying a franchise or other career paths

When

  • We are looking for someone as soon as possible, but for strong candidates we are willing to wait up to a couple of months
