We are a training and consultancy company looking for a an ambitious, self motivated and enthusiastic individual who can combine strong IT technical skills along with good communications skills to help us introduce new solutions to our existing systems. You will be involved in a number of internal IT projects (e.g. nobleprog.com, dadesktop.com).
We are using bleeding-edge technologies only (including beta versions).
If you choose so you may be also involved in operational activities such as delivering a training course or involvement in consultancy engagements.
Requirement:
- We are looking for a DevOps/Developer responsible for front-end development and back-end/module development. With In-depth knowledge in Linux environment specially the command line interface.
- This position requires a combination of programming skills (Python, Bash, PHP, JavaScript). Understanding of development process, including design, development and deployment, with some back-end knowledge is required.
- Candidates with incline for becoming managers/team-leads will be preferred
Your Responsibilities:
- Improving and optimizing development and deployment end-to-end process
- Responsible for designing and implementing new features and functionality, establishing and guiding the website’s architecture, ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the software.
- Designing and implementing deployment and review process
- Static code analysis (e.g. SonarCube, Deepseek coder)
- Security hardening
- Optimizing code from perspective of maintainability
- Removal of unmaintainable software/code
- Optimizing code from resource utilization (profiling)
- Finding redundant code and suggesting solution to simplify it
Possible undertakings:
- Deliver short corporate IT training courses
- Support consultancy engagements as required
Skills Required:
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Experience working with Python, Bash, PHP, JavaScript
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like XHprof, Tideways, Python profiling tools
- Machine Learning coders and review tools
- Ideally experience with BackdropCMS
