Your main job is to understand problems, build practical solutions, and own delivery through production for our internal systems and our customers.

You'll work directly with internal teams and customers, make practical technical decisions, and build solutions that improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams across NobleProg and DaDesktop, and with NobleConsul clients, to understand their systems and determine what they actually need.
• Compare options and make technical decisions that support business outcomes. Explain each decision, its trade-offs, and its business impact clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Write code, integrate systems, and make infrastructure changes where needed.
• Own implementation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting through production.
• Follow up with users, improve results, and keep solutions simple and maintainable.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English, with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiar with Linux Environment
• Stay current with emerging technologies, including AI agents, and actively test new tools to understand where they can improve business outcomes.
• Strong hands-on engineering experience, from initial requirements through production.
• Comfortable working across code, APIs, databases, and Linux infrastructure.
• Able to understand unfamiliar systems, compare options, and explain trade-offs.
• Able to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and own results.

Technical Environment

The stack varies by project. You should be comfortable learning unfamiliar technologies and choosing tools based on the problem. Our current work includes Linux, software integrations, automation, GPU infrastructure, and LLM integration.

Compensation

• Base salary.
• Additional commission for customer consultation and successful project engagements.
