Overview:

ABBYY OCR technology uses font independent recognition technologies, after the training the participants will understand the conversion of image documents (photos, scans, PDF files) into editable electronic formats. Especially, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Rich Text Format, HTML, PDF/A, searchable PDF, CSV and txt (plain text) files. The attendees learn ABBYY FlexiCapture and ABBYY FlexiLayout Studio functionality. Upon completion, participants should be able to create document definitions; create fixed and flexible layouts; and set up data recognition, validation and export options. Includes training on ABBYY FlexiCapture administrator and operator functions.
