- Day1 (8 hours)-

10 min Introduction, 10min Q&A, 10min Demonstration

 

(30 min) Getting to Know

Understand knowledge of the student in the softwares

 

Understand what the student wants to learn

 

Demonstrate a few samples, let the student choose which to learn

 
   

20min demonstration, 100min hands on + Q&A

   

(2 hours) Modeling character and objects:

Introduction to all basic functions

   

Navigate in 3D space–select, rotate, and scale

   

Create mesh primitives and extrusions

   

Creating simple characters & objects

   

Join mesh objects and stitching vertices

   

Organize a scene with layers, groups, and hierarchies

   

1 hour break

   

20min demonstration, 100min hands on + Q&A

   

(2 hours) Adding lighting and texture:

Assign glossy and reflective materials to objects

   

Create sky and ambient light

   

Understand ambient occlusion

   

Add motion blur and depth of field

   

30min break

   

30min demonstration, 180min hands on + Q&A

   

(2.5 hours) Rigging & Animation:

Rig a Character (armature character's bones)

   

Understand axis angles and quaternion rotations

   

Introduction to animate the character

   


- Day 2 (8 hours) -

2 hours Q&A and Review

(1.5 hours) Recap:

Quick recap on the last lesson

Q&A on any issues

Fix all issues

20min demonstration, 100min hands on + Q&A

(1.5 hours) UV Wrap, Bake and Export:

UV Wrap and unwrap

Bake the texture

Export file to be imported to Roblox

1 hour break

30min demonstration, 210min hands on + Q&A

(4 hours) Import to Roblox UFC & Build a Game:

Import blender file created

Learn how to embed and use Lua on the file created

Build a game together
