Overview:

Practical – presented through exercises, discussions, and short presentations, this course covers the principles and selected practices of agile leadership, preparing participants to introduce and practically apply these principles and practices in their companies and teams.

The workshop focuses on such aspects of agile leadership as:

  • The role, tasks, and competencies of a leader in an agile organization
  • Building a system of values in a team and project
  • Collaboration in self-organizing teams
  • Creating a work environment based on trust, transparency, and safety
  • The individual leadership profile 3.0 of workshop participants

Starting point of the workshop: Who am I as a leader? With what kind of leader do I work?:

  • Description of the current leadership profile by each participant in the V2MOM format (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, Metrics)

Agile Leadership:

  • The VUCA environment and the need for agile leadership
  • Principles and practices of agile leadership
  • Agile leadership and self-organization in practice:
  • Exercise “Service Zen”: role of the leader and factors of self-organization

Leader 3.0 - the role of a leader and manager in an agile company:

  • Metaphors of an agile leader
  • The role and tasks of an agile leader
  • Leader 3.0 in the workshop participants' environment
