Overview:

Practical – in the form of exercises, discussions, and short presentations to introduce the principles and selected practices of agile leadership and prepare participants for implementing and practically applying these principles and practices in their companies and teams.

The workshop focuses on such aspects of agile leadership as:

  • The role, tasks, and competencies of a leader in an agile organization
  • Building a system of values in the team and project
  • Collaboration in self-organizing teams
  • Creating a work environment based on trust, transparency, and safety

  • Description of the current leader profile by each workshop participant - in V2MOM format (Vision, Values, Methods, Obstacles, Metrics)
