Completion of Enterprise Linux training (CentOS, RHEL, Rocky Linux and others) - introduction to administration and working on the command line or good knowledge of the command line. Basic understanding of TCP/IP issues.
The training is intended for beginner system administrators Linux or DEV/OPS engineers and familiarizes participants with network administration in distributions from the Red Hat family, such as RHEL, Fedora, Centos or Rocky Linux. The participant will learn to diagnose the network condition, configure and reconfigure network interfaces using Network Manager,
check and configure basic security, including a firewall based on FirewallD. Topics related to not only network security, but also local security, such as SELinux, will be discussed. The training also includes an introduction to the containerization technology existing in these distributions, using (compatible with Docker) Podman, Skopeo and Buildash. The training can also be used to consolidate and systematize your Linux knowledge.
