TeamFlow Foundation – gra symulacyjna Kanban (poziom: podstawowy)

Some experience in managing a functional and/or project team or in project management (both agile and traditional/classical methods). Familiarity with Flow Management and Kanban approach is not required.

Target group and training objectives:
Managers, leaders, and members of project and/or product teams who wish to learn about the Flow Management approach: its practices and metrics, embarking on a journey into the world of Flow Management.

Forms of instruction:

• An online simulation game using the Kanbanize platform (www.kanbanize.com)
• Presentation of the practices and metrics involved in the simulation
• Exchange of gathered experiences, reflections, and ideas among participants
