Overview:
Target group: managers and team leaders.
Emotional Intelligence (IE/EQ) is the ability to recognize our own and other people's feelings in order to motivate and strengthen ourselves and others, as well as effectively manage the emotions existing in us and our relationships. The school aims to discover and use it effectively. Managers and leaders who have high Emotional Intelligence usually:
- They generate positive emotions in relationships with other people.
- They sense and notice important issues that constitute the background of given interactions.
- They can work with error as information
- They build good relationships by acting consciously and with empathy.
- They make an impact through personal and professional credibility.
- They motivate you to achieve goals thanks to the ability to commit to action and overcome your own barriers

- Getting to know your own personality type and related ways of experiencing emotions.
- Development of competences in recognizing and working with emotions.
- Increasing effectiveness in transforming difficult emotions and coping with stress.
- Developing the ability to deal with difficult emotions of co-workers and clients.
