Overview:

The goal of this programme is to understand the mechanisms of change and above all to use this understanding to succeed in managing change.

Change is constant; in fact it is the only thing that we can be sure of. We change our organisation, we change our IT tools and systems, change our customers, change our products and we change our business practices.

Change has become constant both in companies and also in society. Change is no longer a cyclical phenomenon that happens once in a while.
Previously change was something that was entrusted to consultants outside the company.
They were asked to come and resolve the problem and once the problem was resolved, they left. Change has now become permanent and omnipresent, meaning that it is necessary for companies to have day-to-day skills to manage change.

Our goal is to develop the capacity to enable employees to be more comfortable with change, so that they can accommodate change more easily and so that they are not afraid of change. And above all realise that change allows them to build the outcome that they desire.

Change is a corporate reality. It cannot be ignored nor avoided

The company and its employees must take account of change and integrate it into everyday practices.

Knowing how to change, how to change quickly, how to change permanently is a competitive advantage for a company. It will allow you to take market share, to be more innovative, but also to be more efficient as a whole. Change becomes a key factor in a company's performance. For this, this program provides a number of lessons for understanding and methods of deploying change in business.

We aim to deal with the conduct of change by deploying Agile methodologies. This method, which has been the subject of recent publications, provides tools for rapidly and sustainably transforming an organisation. Classical instrumental and managerial methods are sometimes deemed to be bureaucratic and unresponsive.

To avoid these pitfalls, Agile methodologies provides participatory workshops that will put the employee at the heart of achieving change.
