Change is inherent in our functioning, it applies to all areas of our lives, the key element is the skillful management of change and using the information flowing from it to build and overcome our own limitations and
regaining control over what we actually have control over.
The proposed scope of the development project is to present the tools and practices of modern management, covering topics such as: systems thinking, motivation, introducing changes, organizational transformation, change management, communication.
