Overview:

Participants will gain a clear understanding of strategic planning and will have the opportunity to start thinking about the potential impact on their own organisation. Participants will also be provided with the tools needed to disseminate proven strategic planning methodology within their own organisation. 

The training approach to be used, which governs the design and delivery of the training, is based on the following principles:
