Training allows you to learn the knowledge, techniques, tools and practices for running projects based on the "Scrum framework" from the perspective of the Scrum Master - the leader responsible for understanding and applying Scrum, effectiveness.
The training is dedicated to those interested in implementing Agile approaches in the organization, people participating in projects, project managers implementing or planning to implement Agile approaches in projects.
The training consists of a substantive part, workshops, practical examples.
As part of the training, participants are prepared for certification - PeopleCert Scrum Master through a
test exam and have the opportunity to take the certification exam.
