The training requires no additional preparation.

Training allows you to learn the knowledge, techniques, tools and practices in conducting projects based on Traditional Project Management - Prince2 and combination - approach with Agile among others Kanban and Scrum. The basis are proven project management approaches: Prince2, Agile Project Management, Scrum, Kanban.
The training is dedicated to those interested in implementing project management approaches in the organization,
people participating in projects, project managers planning to increase the effectiveness of project management.
The training consists of a substantive part, workshops, practical examples.
As part of the training, participants are prepared for certification through a test exam and have the opportunity to
to take the exam.
The exam at the end of the training allows you to obtain AgiPrince2Agile Foundation international certification.
