  • Process approach, improvement, evidence-based decision making, relationship management
  • Risk-based thinking in ISO 9001

Module 3: Key Concepts and Terminologies

  • Process vs. procedure vs. work instruction
  • Nonconformance, corrective action, preventive action
  • Quality objectives, quality policy, and documentation hierarchy

Module 4: Roles and Responsibilities in QMS

  • Responsibilities of top management, process owners, and staff
