Overall Goal: To equip RingCentral's internal teams with practical AI tools and strategies to 
enhance their daily operations, boost efficiency, and improve productivity, ensuring a strong Return 
on Investment (ROI) from the training. This training is exclusively focused on internal use, not 
customer-facing applications.
Target Audience: A mix of 11-16 team members from the Enablement & Training team, Quality 
Analyst team, and Support members involved in Project Management.
Delivery Format: Live, with a preference for on-site delivery to facilitate team collaboration and 
practical exercises.

Course Outline:

AI for Enhanced Text-Based Content Creation and Communication 

• Leveraging AI for generating diverse internal content, such as training manuals, FAQs, internal communications, and knowledge base articles. 

• Techniques for effective prompt engineering to tailor AI outputs to RingCentral's specific context and tone, especially using the customised Gemini responses. 

• Suggested Tools: Gemini Pro for general text generation, summarisation, drafting emails, and brainstorming; Microsoft Co-pilot for drafting documents within Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Outlook) and summarising meeting notes.

AI for Video & Visual Content Creation for Training 

• Exploring AI tools to automate and assist in creating engaging video content for internal enablement and training purposes. 

• Methods for using AI to generate scripts, voiceovers, and basic animations, reducing manual effort in content production. 

• Suggested Tools (requiring internal accreditation/security checks): Synthesys AI Studio, Descript, and HeyGen for various aspects of AI-driven video content creation.

AI-Powered Root Cause Analysis for Training Needs 

• Utilising AI to automate aspects of root cause analysis from performance data, feedback, and support tickets to identify training needs. 

• Techniques for AI to assist in pinpointing training gaps, skill deficiencies, and performance issues more efficiently, allowing for data-driven training interventions. 

• Suggested Tools: Gemini Pro for analysing qualitative feedback; Microsoft Co-pilot for summarising performance reports and extracting key trends from structured data; Excel/Google Sheets with AI plugins/built-in functions for initial analysis of performance metrics.

AI for Accelerated Report Preparation & Presentation (for Quality Analysts and Project Managers) 

• Strategies for Quality Analysts (who are "heavy on reporting") and Project Managers to speed up report preparation and presentation. 

• Using AI for data summarisation, trend identification, and generating concise insights from large datasets (both structured and unstructured).

 • Suggested Tools: Microsoft Co-pilot for summarising complex documents, drafting report narratives within Word, or generating presentation outlines in PowerPoint; Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel with AI features for quick data analysis; Gemini Pro for generating textual summaries and key takeaways from data.

AI for Visualising Data & Metrics 

• Leveraging AI to assist in creating compelling data visualisations and presentations for performance metrics and improvements.

 • Techniques for automating aspects of presentation design and content population, turning raw data into visually engaging reports. 

• Suggested Tools: Microsoft Co-pilot for creating slides and populating content directly within PowerPoint; Canva with AI features for designing professional infographics and visual reports (requires accreditation).

AI for Streamlining Internal Processes & Project Management Efficiency 

• Identifying repetitive internal processes within quality analysis and project management workflows suitable for AI-driven automation. 

• Practical examples of AI assisting with tasks like data entry, document classification, automated responses to routine inquiries, and workflow triggers. 

• Utilising AI to improve the quality and efficiency of work in project planning, execution, and monitoring, including potential in risk assessment and resource allocation.
