Day 1:
Six sigma, enhancing management skills & problem-solving techniques
Three hours of intensive training on Six Sigma for the automotive section , statistical analysis tools, DMIAC, problem-
solving methods and means to improve management effectiveness per IATF 16949
Day 2:
Business planning, KPI, financial planning and risk- based thinking
Three hours of intensive training on building business plans for
automotive sites, constructing KPIs, using Artificial intelligence
tools & methods and applying risk-based thinking per ISO 9001
2015 and IATF 16949
Day 3:
This would be a real-time virtual project conducted between the
mentor and mentees to ensure the team understood the course
and is able to apply learning points to their day-to-day jobs.
