Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and enterprising Training and Consultancy Coordinator to support our ambitious expansion into the Turkish market. The ideal candidate is driven, self-motivated, and ready to learn the nuances of training coordination while aiming to grow into a business development role. This position is initially offered as a one-year contract with the opportunity for a permanent role based on performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their learning objectives, recommending the best-suited training courses and services NobleProg offers.

- Training Coordination: Organize training events to meet NobleProg’s high standards by managing all logistics, client requirements, and post-event follow-ups.

- Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the Turkish market to expand NobleProg’s presence.

- End-to-End Event Management: Handle all aspects of training events, from inquiries and bookings to event administration, supporting our high-quality training delivery.

- Business Support: Build and maintain a portfolio of leads, upselling NobleProg’s training, consultancy, and managed services.

- Marketing and Sales Support: Collaborate on the creation of sales and marketing collateral, assist in generating proposals, and support RFQs/RFPs.

- Trainer Recruitment: Assist in recruiting exceptional trainers and consultants to support our training portfolio in Turkey.

 

Requirements:

- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage time and multiple tasks.

- Communication Skills: Proficiency in Turkish and English, with clear, professional communication abilities.

- Proactive Mindset: Able to identify new business opportunities and confident in pursuing them.

- Technical Background: Familiarity with IT and technical training topics is an asset.

- Work Location: Remote, with the option to work entirely from home.
