Why we need

Development work and customer requests are growing and finding the right people is becoming a crucial part of the business. 
You will help us hire quality people, starting with at least one Solutions Architect and Software Engineers.

Your role

• Own recruitment from finding candidates to interviews and offers.

• Work closely with the business to understand hiring needs.

• Continuously improve how we attract, assess, and hire people, including our hiring process and internal hiring system.

• Try new approaches, such as inbound applications, direct outreach, job ads, referrals, or building a recruitment team when needed.

About you

You have recruitment experience, ideally in technical roles. You take initiative and understand business needs. Good spoken and written English is required.
