Overview:

The term ‘critical conversation’ reminds us of VIP or people of significance, great politicians, leaders or even people who carry loads of weight meeting and discussing issues that will change our world and future. This is not the kind this program has in mind; we are concerned with the sort of human transactions that occur to all. Critical conversations are defined as discussions between two people where consequences are serious and immense, with diverse values, ideas and opinions, along with strong feelings and emotions. These are common events that influence everyone – and in many instances, these are conversations which may end in success or disaster. Good or bad, you may never have the same daily routine again, where you decide on how you behave later on.
