The training requires no additional preparation.
Training allows you to learn the knowledge, techniques, tools, and practices for conducting projects based on Traditional Project Management - approaches classical, among others, the philosophy, organization of project work, roles and approaches to organizing project phases in practice. During simulations and workshops and participants have the opportunity to learn and
practice selected tools and techniques. The basis is popular methodologies: Prince2, PMI, IPMA.
The training is dedicated to people interested in implementing classical approaches in the organization, people
participating in projects, project managers implementing or planning to implement approaches to managing
projects. The training consists of a substantive part, workshops, practical examples.

6. Presentation of an example of work organization in an IT application
7. Lego game - simulation of work in the classical approach
- Simulation of work in the classical approach using selected techniques and tools
Workshop - simulation of work in the classical approach ending with a summary - improvement conclusions, which allows
participants to touch issues, tools and techniques in practice.
