Overview

The aim of this course is to provide a deeper understanding of agile and digital in a local government context. After exploring digital and agile, mindset and behaviours, the course will explore some of the main agile methods, techniques and tools and show how they can be used effectively in digital delivery.  Delivery is through a mixture of presentations, exercises and interactive activities and can be conducted in person or remote.

The course will also consider the latest guidance in the UK public sector around agile delivery and the GDS standard.
