This hands-on Workshop is designed to inspire self-motivation for engaging in the Toyota trade-in process by making the benefits personal, visible, and measurable — even in the absence of direct incentives. 

The focus is entirely on used Toyota vehicles from the existing customer base, applying realistic local market conditions (e.g. preference for informal sales channels, long vehicle ownership periods, aging fleets).

Participants work through simulations, customer-type profiling, and peer success stories, allowing them to discover trade-in opportunities already around them — all while respecting Toyota’s brand framework. 

The trainer acts as a moderator and enabler, not a lecturer, driving participants to build their own sustainable personal action path.
