Proposed workshops shall cover the practice part of UX/UI designer's training. They represent a hands-on approach for a full lifecycle of designing a completely digital product that serves bank customers called “My Bank”
VW #1: Story-Telling
Delegates shall be guided and supported to create a visual storyboard that presents the new product, showing new services and highlighting how it is going be beneficial from the customer point of view.
VW #2: Agile Bootcamp
Delegates would get introduced to the agile concepts and rapid prototyping. This workshop aims to show the power of iterative work and continued value delivery that leads to early feedback
VW #3: Customer Journey
Delegates shall be empowered to think and design customer journey throughout the new banking app. They shall be creating user stories, app storyboard and wireframes
PS #1: Customer Journey
During this peer review session, delegates shall get familiar with the benefits and challenges of peer reviews. They would be applying those concepts practically by going through an interactive peer review session of the artifacts produced during VW #3 (Customer Journey)
VW #4: Effective Communication
During this virtual workshop, delegates will learn how to apply effective communications techniques that solves common communications related issues. Delegates should be able to have the tools required to find information that represents the exact stakeholders point of views about the products
VW #5: User Research
It is about creating personas and defining objectives and characteristics of different systems users. Delegates should be able to figure out how to think from user’s perspective and how to image the audiences.
PS #1: User Interviews
During this peer review sessions, delegates would have the opportunity to apply the concepts they have learned during VW #4 (Effective Communication) and VW #5 (User Research). They should be able to come up with descriptive user personas through individual / group interviews
VW #6: Research Synthesis
During this workshop, delegates would consolidate the designs and artifacts created throughout the previous workshops to come up with the final design that represents how the product address users needs and organization requirements
VW #7: Problem Solving
Delegates shall learn about the modern techniques of problem solving and design thinking that helps during the full lifecycle of the project
