This workshop is designed especially for supervisors and managers who are responsible for mid-to-long term projects, and wish to gain a better understanding of project management principles, tools, and techniques. Participants should have a good command of written and spoken English.
Through this 1-day workshop, 7 hours, participants will learn how to manage projects more efficiently, ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within budget according to their scope statement.
