Women Leadership Development Workshop

Module 1

Personal Effectiveness Workshop

Learning objectives:

At the end of the program, participants will be able to

  • Gain more awareness on themselves, understand better their talents and advantages
  • Get inspired, and start to think more about their life objectives and missions
  • Understand and improve their assertiveness and to learn techniques in handling conflicts
  • Learn to use methods and techniques of interpersonal communication, management communication and decision making
  • Network with the peers and supervisors, learn from each other

Module 2

Leadership Effectiveness Workshop

Learning objectives:

At the end of the program, participants will be able to

  • Understand the advantages of teams
  • Improve team cooperation and team effectiveness
  • Distinguish supervision, management and leadership
  • Practise and learn feedback skills

Follow up

An impact measurement (workers survey) will be done by Noble Prog in order to evaluate the result of the training.  (timeline and content will be discussed)
