Course Outline:

This intensive 10-day training program in Tokyo is designed for professionals in infrastructure security operations, focusing on the application of robotics in their field. The mornings are dedicated to interactive training sessions on the basics of robotics, surveillance and monitoring, disaster response, threat detection and maintenance using robotics. These morning sessions are followed by interactive courses (“hands-on labs”) in the afternoons together with leading research institutes and companies in Tokyo, where delegates get practical experience and insights into real-world applications of robotics in security operations. Two of the ten days are focused on leadership training, helping delegates in their professional roles improve their ability to solve problems, plan strategically and make effective decisions. In addition to observing Japanese technology firsthand, delegates also experience Japanese culture, fostering a deeper understanding of the local context in which these technologies are developed. This blend of technical, leadership and cultural learning ensures well-rounded development for the delegates, aligning their skills with the evolving demands of infrastructure security and robotics.
