Overview:

Day one will be an overview of problem solving methodologies. Days two and three will incorporate Design Sprint workshops. The training
will be immersive with delegates gaining experience in how to use the tools and when not to use them.
The workshop will be highly interactive and enable delegates to learn how to use the tools to their optimal effect. The aim of the training is to provide a train-the-trainer methodology to enable delegates to utilise the same tools with their teams.
