Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be on several levels:
Office and Administrative
- Coordinating administrative purchases
- Management of incoming and outgoing emails
- Coordinating the flow of information within the company
- Management of incoming calls
- Office management and paperwork management
- Contact with external suppliers
- Organization of events, fairs, tickets, reservations, etc.
Concerning the Company
- The support of training coordinators and trainers in their logistics
- The support of the Board of Executives
- Recruitment
- Preparing documentation
- Participation in company meetings
Requirements
- Ready to start work right away
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Creativity in the approach to resolving complex problems
- The desire to achieve
- Good Communication Skills
- The ability to further improve one’s organizational and communicative abilities
