• Work directly with developers and challenge assumptions when needed.
• Use Agile practically. Move fast, stay flexible, avoid bureaucracy.
• Ship good enough solutions quickly, test them, and improve fast.
• Turn ideas into small actionable steps.
• Keep up with technology shifts, especially AI, LLMs, and automation.
• Focus on outcomes: cheaper, faster, better.
• Ensure communication between business and technical teams is clear.

Requirements

• Strong business thinking and decision-making ability.
• Excellent English communication.
• Able to speak with both developers and business stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of UI/UX. You do not need to be a professional designer, and you must be comfortable doing the work yourself.
• Comfortable making decisions without overanalyzing.
• Strong understanding of prioritization and trade-offs.
• Understand modern technology trends, especially AI and LLM changes.
• Fast-moving, execution-focused mindset.
• Not process-heavy.
