We are looking for a Product Manager who can connect users and engineers.

Your main job is to understand what users need, translate that into clear priorities, and work closely with engineering to deliver practical results.

This role focuses on execution and clarity. It is not about heavy documentation or process management. It is about making sure the right things get built.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization operates effectively in an Agile environment.
• Work closely with engineers and handle direct discussions with them
• Decide what is priority and what is not.
• Focus on outcomes. Is the solution cheaper, faster, and better?

• Handle UI and UX design for features and improvements.

• Meet users regularly and understand their needs.
• Convert user needs into clear and actionable tasks.
• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Filter noise and focus the team on what matters.
• Deliver small improvements that make users’ work easier.
• Keep the big picture in mind while managing daily execution.

Requirements

• Excellent listening and communication skills in English.

• Good understanding of UI and UX principles.

• Able to design practical and clear UI and UX solutions. You do not need to be a professional designer, but you must be comfortable doing the work yourself.

• Able to translate business needs into engineering language and vice versa.
• Comfortable challenging engineers when necessary (users also).
• Strong decision making on priorities.
• Practical mindset with focus on results.
• Not focused on process for the sake of process.
