- Reviewing several case studies and interpreting whether the actions might constitute harassment
- looking at the methods used and actions which could be interpreted as harassment

- Discussing the impact of harassment on the victim, the accused and the organization
- Discussing the likely impact of false allegations
The Law Regarding Harassment
- Focusing on the legal aspects of harassment
- Discussing how cases are brought against individuals and organizations
Handling Allegations of Harassment
- Key actions to ensure that participants handle allegations in the correct manner
